- Customers can present either a QR printed or an e-QR voucher at the entrance to enter

- The voucher can be used only once within the validity period indicated on the ticket.

- Tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-exchangeable for other services.

- Customers under 100 cm tall can enter for free

- Child ticket price: applicable to children from 100cm to under 140cm. 

- Elderly ticket price: visitors aged 60 and above, with photo ID documents

- In case of changes in arrival date or ticket type or cancellation due to force majeure events, the current policy at the time of service use shall apply.
